Springs Care Primary School is committed to providing high-quality education while maintaining transparent and fair financial practices. This payment policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for school fees for both day and boarding students.
Fee Structure
Our fee structure is reviewed annually and includes tuition, boarding (if applicable), and other related costs. Detailed fee schedules are available from the school administration office.
Payment Methods
Bank Transfer: Payments can be made directly into the school’s bank account. Details are provided on the invoice.
Cheque: Cheques should be made payable to Springs Care Primary School-Girinya and delivered to the school office.
Online Payment: Parents can pay fees through our secure School pay system
Cash: with prior arrangements Cash payments are accepted at the school office during business hours.
Payment Schedule
Annual Payment: Fees can be paid in full at the beginning of the academic year.
Termly Payment: Fees can be paid at the start of each term. The academic year is divided into three terms.
Monthly Payment: With prior arrangement, fees can be paid in monthly installments.
Due Dates
Annual Payment: Due by the first day of the academic year.
Termly Payment: Due by the first day of each term.
Monthly Payment: Due by the first day of each month.
Consequences of Non-Payment: If fees are not paid within 30 days of the due date, the school reserves the right to withhold report cards, suspend access to certain school activities, and ultimately, disallow the student from attending classes until the outstanding fees are settled.
Financial Assistance
ABC Primary School offers a limited number of scholarships and financial aid packages based on need and merit. Applications for financial assistance must be submitted before the start of the academic year and will be reviewed by the school’s financial aid committee.
Refund Policy
Withdrawal Before Term Start: If a student withdraws before the start of the term, a full refund minus a processing fee of [specify amount] will be issued.
Withdrawal During Term: If a student withdraws during the term, fees will be refunded on a pro-rata basis minus the processing fee and any outstanding charges.
Boarding Fees: Boarding fees are non-refundable if the student withdraws mid-term.
Additional Costs
Uniforms: Costs for uniforms are not included in the tuition fees and must be purchased separately.
Extracurricular Activities: Some extracurricular activities may incur additional costs, which will be communicated in advance.
School Supplies: Parents are responsible for purchasing required school supplies.
